Named after the other co-founder of the VGL, Alexander Graham Bell. Bell, of course, was an inventor of many things, but most noted for the telephone.

This pin is only awarded for winners of individual or team events at national or international-level tournaments. As these national or international events are infrequent (typically two per year), this pin like the Burton Pin is much sought after, but rarely awarded. It is the opinion of many League members that this is the most attractive of all the Tournament pins.
